He has worked in enterprise-level IT and systems administration since 1998 including time spent as the Director of Network Security and Engineering of US Unwired. His experience in IT management provides Kinetic with project management skills for all sizes of projects from small-scale projects for the smallest of companies to large-scale projects that involve multiple departments and companies. His 4 years of teaching experience also provide Kinetic with a unique blend of technical know-how and "plain language" training. Brian's strength is the ability to speak both languages - technical and real world.

Upon graduating in May of 2009, Brett came on to work full time as Kinetic's lead technician. He completed his CompTIA A+ certifcation later that year.
